For me as a nature lover, finding a place like this is like finding a pearl in the sea. This is the Rzav river on the Zlatibor mountain in Serbia, but don't be surprised if you recognize the place as someone else in the painting. The language of nature is the same everywhere, it knows no borders or nations. Although I almost always paint landscapes from the environment, I have had people from America call me asking "Is this the Rockies", or "Is this Missouri" Did they misinterpret the painting? No they are not, we just love the same thing, nature.
