This vintage page depicts a couple of ladies shopping at a Bazaar and for special customers only are offered a rare Turkish Delight wrapped in gold. You can see the lady is seriously considering the purchase as she gives the edge a caress .... I can also testify to it's rarity as I have piles of vintage magazines and it's the only example I have come across.

Making this felt like a little nod to my roots as my Dad was Turkish too.

This piece has been mounted onto black acid free mount board showing a blank margin and framed in a crisp acrylic box frame in black with real glazing ready for hanging.
