Still life "Full bowl" is painted with oil paints on canvas. This work is a symbol of the fullness of life in all its manifestations. Pomegranate is an ancient eastern emblem of the sun. In ancient Greek culture, the pomegranate was considered a symbol of fertility, life and marriage. The appearance of pomegranate juice is so reminiscent of blood that the Greeks assured that the pomegranate was filled with the blood of Dionysus himself.
