I love the affects I've created in this larger piece by using the complimentary colours of yellows and violet to create a contrast. And the orange is harmonious with the yellow for a softer affect. The work is based on sketches I made while on my travels in southern Europe, I wanted to convey a sence of warmth in the landscape.
