Original artwork description:

This painting forms part of a series of floral paintings drawing their inspiration from the photorealistic paintings of Gerhard Richter.

On a cradled wooden panel this piece is painted with Windsor and Newton Artists’s series and Old Holland oil paints and mediums. The hand made panel has the texture of a water colour paper and I used this to help achieve the characteristic spots on the petals of fritillaries.

The panel has clean painted sides and can be hung without a frame, or being cradled, can be propped up on a mantle piece.

The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and dispatched by fully tracked and insured courier. The painting is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
