- Frida with Hand Earring
Artwork description
I just finished this print/painting. I wanted to draw Frida with one of her peasant blouses on, and one where she's wearing a lot of jewelry, especially the hand earring that Picasso gave her. The hand represents gratitude for the helping hand of others.
I drew the image onto linoleum, carved out the negative space, printed it onto printing paper and colored it in with watercolor and gouache.
Materials used:
linoleum, carving tools, printing paper and ink, watercolor and gouache
Details:
- Linocut on Paper
- From a limited edition of 1
- Size: 38.1 x 38.1 x 0.64cm (unframed) / 33.02 x 33.02cm (actual image size)
- Signed and numbered on the front
- Style: Illustrative
- Subject: People and portraits
- Hurry, only 1 left in stock
