Original artwork description:

Don't we all enjoy watching waves crush? The sound of it is so soothing and relaxing to our brain. Our busy mind stops and follows the sound of a water movement which works like meditation. 

My goal was to capture that moment and of course, I love adding light into my paintings, I think it brings a "wow" effect. 
I based my composition to show mid sea movement, when sun hits the water and how it glows. Front wave states a focal point, which totally gets our attention at first, but then, as a viewer, we travel through the composition to see other details.

I paint in multiple layers, so I create depth of the artwork, basically, by starting with under layer in deep blue color, which shows through later, I was able to create great shadows in the first wave.

Artwork is done in oils on stretched cotton canvas, sides of the artwork are painted, so it may be hung without a frame. Varnished.

This artwork will be shipped in a secure cardboard box with tracking number and insurance.
