One of a kind sculptural artwork using discarded plastics.
Project - 'For the planet' :
This artwork portrays the harm of plastic pollution and especially plastic fragmentation.
Studies prove that only one percent of the plastic pollution is found floating on the ocean surface and the rest is missing. The main reason behind it is fragmentation - The process by which plastic breaks down into tiny pieces due to sunlight, waves and bacteria. This is becoming a serious threat to the marine life.

I started doing Recycled artworks since 3 years, after a pledge to work for a greener planet. All the plastic bottles with different textures are upcycled to get unique textures on my artworks. I decided to work with oceanlife theme, since they are most affected due to plastic pollution. In each of my works, the texture is individually cut and painted from discarded plastic bottles. Its my way of saving our planet. So buying one of my original works from this series, you are not only supporting art but also supporting a good cause.
The artwork is done on canvas and the texture which is 100% made from upcycled plastic trash, is assembled on to it. The art will come ready to be hung. It will be signed on front and certificate of authenticity will be attached
