Fountain in Aix en Provence (2025) Original Oil Painting by Pascal Giroud

This fountain is located in Aix en Provence on the "Place des Quatres Dauphins".
This painting is part of a long series started years ago which consists of painting from nature a subject taken from my daily life.
This approach is the most enriching of my artistic experience.
If sometimes the subjects seem redundant, whether they are some fruits, flowers or a landscape done outdoors, the experience is each time unique and demanding because the painting is done in a single session.
This series is an important part of my artistic production.

Painting made with extra fine professional oil paints and is protected by a touch-up varnish.
The support is a 3mm thick wooden panel primed with 4 layers of Gesso, guaranteeing the painting an optimal lifespan.
The painting is sent with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting is protected by two wood panels and sent in a reinforced envelope, guaranteeing optimum protection during all phases of transport.
I send my paintings by tracked courier so you can follow the journey of the parcel .
Furthermore, the parcel is ensured in the event of loss or damage.
If you purchase more than one painting, I will adapt the shipping price and I refund the difference.
