Original artwork description:

I painted this piece on location at Lake Tahoe National Forest. Using a pallet of green and blue capturing the spring wildflowers in the foreground. The dense forest of pine trees gives depth to a flowing river and sunlight in the foreground. I further used a variety of different brushes and strokes for interesting motion and expression for the viewer.
