"Forest Creek 6"is my interpretation of a vibrant, living forest—full of energy, colour, and movement. I wanted to capture the beauty of a peaceful creek winding its way through the trees, with wildflowers blooming freely along the banks. Using large brushes and bold, loose brush strokes, I let the colours lead the way—layering rich, vibrant tones to give the scene life and spontaneity. It's not about perfect detail, but about the feeling of standing in that moment: the light filtering through the trees, the shimmer of water, the wildness of nature doing its own thing. The painting is meant to feel alive—joyful, untamed, and bursting with colour.
