Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese term that translates to "forest bathing." It refers to the practice of immersing yourself in a forest environment, mindfully and slowly, to benefit your physical and mental well-being. It’s about a mindful immersion into the silence of the forest, the beauty of the trees—this is what I feel and translate into harmony on the canvas.
I convey my feeling of unity with nature on my canvases with oil colours, which I find noble and deep.
