The night ends. Time before the beginning of the morning. We still have dreams. Time of pink fogs and gentle thoughts. I have a beautiful day.
The painting evokes a sense of stillness before the awakening of nature or consciousness. The space seems shrouded in a damp morning mist, in which the boundaries between earth, sky and inner experiences dissolve. Soft pinkish-purple and grey-blue hues evoke a sense of fragility and slumber, whilst the dark shapes at the bottom resemble hills, ruins or the silhouettes of plants. The golden dots look like barely perceptible signals, fireflies or traces of movement through the mist.
This painting was made using acrylic and oil paints. There are small textures in the picture. This picture is ready to hang. The edges of the painting are painted over and this painting does not need a frame.
