I know; this Image is quite a different style than my work is typically. This piece and the companion to it, were done for my Agent, with a specific request for a less stylized piece. I love the simplicity and quiet of the palette here, and found in creating this painting, that “stepping outside my lines” was refreshing. The canvas is painted around the edges so it can be hung, unframed...
