Original artwork description
This beautiful impressionist artwork was inspired by visiting the wonderful gardens of Great Dixter, a garden that doesn't fail to lift the spirit . I wanted to create a loose style focusing on texture and colour and my emotional response to the landscape.
I love the colours in this painting. The work was created on canvas size 50x50cm with lots of heavy body paint applied with a palette knife giving the painting texture .It is signed on the front sold unframed( colour extends around the edge of the canvas}and ready to hang. All of my paintings are carefully wrapped and packed , shipped and tracked within four days of receiving orders.
