Flora Incognita bloomed from a daydream of flowers, where identity melts into petals and the boundary between person and garden quietly dissolves. I imagined a soul so in tune with nature, she became part of the bouquet. Painted in lush oils with playful brushstrokes and a riot of saturated color, this piece blends surreal portraiture with a wild botanical burst. Her face is hidden, beneath layers of dahlias, sunflowers, and ranunculus in radiant pinks, golden yellows, and fiery corals, set against a glowing yellow backdrop that vibrates with joy.
