Original artwork description
This is the drop-sheet that was used for the years 2019-2022, each layer deeper goes further back in time. Whenever a watery session of painting was done about two litres of paint was absorbed by this drop-sheet, as such it has become incredibly stiff. The rectangle/line shapes were made by the edges of canvas that were laid over it.
The artist was undecided about whether to turn this into a piece or not, but after repainting the studio wall, the little bits of white that fell completed the piece.
