Flight Path is from my Birds Series.
I am thinking about my origins and the wonderful holidays we had travelling through Outback New South Wales. Dawn, as the sun comes up the flocks of White Cockatoos came out turning the whole sky into a swirling mass of white feathers and dots of yellow. So beautiful.
It is done in Oils with an an Acrylics underpainting and the addition of oil pastels and pencils.

acrylic paints, oil crayon, water mixable oils
