Lately, I have liked winter landscapes. I don't really like winter as a natural phenomenon. But I like to portray white snow, trees in silver frost, roofs of houses covered with snow. Especially, I want to paint a winter landscape with pastels.
There are two things in this miniature painting that I love to portray - winter and architecture. No, I was wrong. There is also a third one, the roofs of the old city.
Probably, we - people - regret that nature did not create us with wings. And how wonderful that now you can observe the Earth from a bird's eye view. I think that my love for roofs was born precisely from the envy of birds.
