For me, this drawing is always a reminder of the onset of spring, which I feel has truly begun only when the swallows return to the barns.
What’s more, these wonderful creatures never cease to impress me because, despite their small size, they achieve incredible things in their lives.
The drawing was created using the highest quality coloured pencils (swallows) and soft pastels (background) on pastelmat in A4 size (29.7 x 21 cm) and will be sent simply framed in a plexiglass frame to protect the artwork.
