Sculpture on handmade Lecce stone, designed and created by the artist Andrea Serra. The sculpture "Fino a te" represents a dance of curved lines that envelop and free themselves like life itself unfolding in space.
The processing of this work is entirely carried out by hand on this stone which is found only in very few areas of southern Italy, i.e. in the lower Salento in the province of Lecce. This particular stone of marine origin, rich in plant and animal fossils dating back to around twenty million years ago (such as shells, marine plants and shark teeth), makes it suitable for processing details. The fossils present are visible on the surfaces of the work and make it even more unique and fascinating.
The sculpture "Fino a te" like every work by Andrea Serra, being sculpted by hand, is unique and signed in engraving by the artist.
