Abstracted impressionist landscape painting.
I live at the bottom of a lane, it is often misty early in the morning, especially in wintertime, and that provides the inspiration for the feeling in this painting. The pink and green hued sky and the blue green ground.
I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.
This 75x75cm landscape painting is unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
