In this painting I have combined elements of abstraction and colour field painting to create an imagined autumnal sunset. The many layers of transparent and semi-transparent paint refract light to imbue the piece with the warm glow of a beautiful autumn day coming to a close with a glorious setting sun.

The piece is painted using exceptional quality Old Holland and Winsor and Newton Artists' series oil paints and mediums with the highest ratings of permanence and light-fastness, on professional quality stretched canvas by Winsor and Newton measuring 50 by 70 cm. The work is signed on the reverse.

The painting will be packaged following best-practice guidelines and despatched by signed for and fully tracked courier. It is signed on the reverse and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

All paintings are unframed unless otherwise stated.
