This painting was inspired after a walk to Lily's Tarn in Ambleside. The view looking across to the Fairfield Horseshoe was stunning.
This is a minature painting and looks great on its own or as part of a group with other 'minis' - maybe you could start your own collection.
This painting is on box canvas, and continues around the sides so it's ready to hang on the wall. 2 coats of satin varnish are added for protection.
