At the coast I was looking into the sunlight at the sea and sky couple of boats moored in the harbour and squinting against the bright light . I tried looking with my eyes almost closed everything was blurred and indistinct just a few colours some more dominant than others. The idea for the painting grew from looking about at distant objects with my eyes barely open, it was an interesting experience.
Framed in a plain frame hand painted in Farrow and Ball’s Downpipe. Signed titled and dated on the reverse. Shipped with a track and trace identity carefully packed in mostly recycled materials.
