This artwork is an exploration of a colour palette that evolves from left to right. It is reflective of how our emotions evolve, in particular the more we realise about something the more complex and diverse our emotions becomes and at other times, like this, how the feelings dissipate. The work is in the style of abstract expressionism.

This artwork is painted on professional-grade canvas stretched and sealed with varnish. The canvas is 196 cm in width by 100 cm in height. The sides are painted in the same colours as the surface. The image shown has a floating frame, purely for illustration purposes.
