This is an original oil painting of the Grand Canal in Venice, painted on location in March 2023. This painting was about capturing the mood of the grand canal shortly before sunset. I loved trying to capture the sense of light of the setting sun against the buildings and water.

Unframed size - 30cm (H) x 40cm (W)

Additional information: Painted on Linen canvas board, using high quality michael harding oil paints, and finished with gamvar gloss varnish. Signed on the front, and titled, dated and a list of materials on the back.

Paintings are shipped via express courier (Royal Mail next day for UK orders or UPS/Fedex for international), securely packaged, and fully insured in case of any eventualities.
