Marske is one of the lesser known seaside towns on the east coast of Yorkshire - but that makes it quiet and peaceful, here the beaches are immense at low tide, and so are the skies.
This was painted from a photograph, taken at the end of a glorious day, when the sky was alive with shifting cloud and colours.
