Small square colorful abstract in wooden handpainted frame.
This piece is part of a series of two, where I tried out a combination of new mixed media and studied their effects. This is a color study, material study and can be seen as an abstract piece about sky, sea, clouds and color. I love the blue in it and thought about expressions like "feeling blue". It has some gold pigmented spots, though, meaning there is always beauty to be found.
The frame is painted in muted off-white to match the painting and its style.
20x20 cm I framed 22x22 cm
The painting comes ready to hang with wooden floating frame.
It looks great in a series with "A little Rose", should you buy both I will give you free shipping and refund the shipping costs to you.
