Original artwork description
I did a sketch of a lovely belly dancer some years ago. Based on photographs I took in Egypt. I like the pose, and have done two paintings based on the sketch. The two paintings have completely different color schemes , though, this one with a dark background , reminiscent of the old masters. , I changed the faces slightly, too.
The other painting is called "Castanets".
The painting is done on a gallery canvas , and is painted around the sides. A frame is not necessary.
