The gentle heat of a Scottish summer; lazy, enchanted and scented with blossom. An Edinburgh terrace, just over the Dean Bridge, bordered by slithers of park and radiating gold and sandy tones. A wisp of classical music, a murmur of voices. Edinburgh at her best, at her quietest. This work is full of satisfying realism and detail, composed with striking lines and angles. The canvas is 0.4 inches deep and can therefore hang without the need for a frame if wished. A fantastic gift and a unique souvenir of Scotland's capital city.
