An original en plein air painting of a field of rapeseed in full bloom, near Hailey in Oxfordshire. The bright yellow of the canola is visible from miles away as you explore the area, and they are a quintessential part of the Cotswolds in April and May.
Unframed size - 45 (H) x 60in (W) x 5cm (D) / (approx 18 x 24 x 2 inches).
Additional information: This original artwork was painted on Stretched Linen Canvas using high-quality Michael Harding oil paints and finished with Gamvar gloss varnish. It has been signed on the front, and on the back are the title, date and a list of materials.
