In creating Echoes of Stillness, I sought to explore the way silence can hold weight, shape, and memory. The vertical and horizontal tensions in the work are like interruptions within calm waters — reminders that stillness is never truly empty, but layered with subtle reverberations. For me, this painting is a meditation on how fleeting impressions can stay with us, long after the moment has passed. It is my glimpse into the quiet power of pause, where the intangible becomes visible through form, color, and light.
