Early spring in the park (2023) Original Watercolour by Oleksandra Padushyna

18 x 26 x 0.1cm (unframed) / 18 x 26cm (actual image size)

£260.5

This work is part of the “German Landscapes” series. The painting depicts a pond in a local park. The weather is slightly overcast, the place is empty, and nature is just beginning to awaken from its winter sleep. The trees are still bare, but the grass and the pine are vividly green, and in the distance something has already begun to turn green as well. All of this creates a mood for reflection, contemplation, quietness, and rest. The foreground is well rendered, and the atmospheric perspective in the background is beautifully conveyed.

My work here is a single copy of my unique and original handiwork. It is made on special, high-quality 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from the world’s best manufacturers and has a density of 300 grams/meter.
