This scene depicts Dyrham Church and House as seen from the house's garden, on a sunny October morning; with the Autumn colours at full strength, and a heavy morning dew covering the well clipped lawns. Initially I was attracted to the architecture of the church and house, which for me is further enhanced by the rich Autumnal colours, and low soft light of the early morning Autumn sun.
