Here I painted a calm and tranquil sea at sunrise and a sailing boat with seagulls circling above. Then, rising up out of the sea, the majestic shape of the rock formations called Durdle Door inspires in me awe for the power of nature and its contrasts. The picture continues around the edge of the canvas and therefore does not need to be framed if so desired.
