A gouache painting of a derelict fishing boat on Dungeness beach beneath an ominous and cloudless sky. It is executed on 300gsm, hot pressed, watercolour paper and is drawn in a realistic, Retro, style, is titled 'Dungeness Wreck #3' is signed on the back, is unmounted and unframed.
This gouache painting was worked up from sketches I made when I was privileged to accompany my wife to stay for a few days at Prospect Cottage in Dungeness, home of the late Derek Jarman.
