Dulcis in fundo.
It is a sarcastic painting where with the pseudo Latin phrase Dulcis in fundo I wanted to imagine in a dimly lit room, where shadows dance on the walls, a mysterious figure adorned with a crown of roses and strawberries. Her skeletal face was at the same time disturbing and beautiful. The air was thick with the scent of roses that mixed with the sweet scent of ripe strawberries. She was offering a plate with a delicious dessert with half-melted strawberry icing. She seemed to be waiting for a guest. She is late! Will she come? But all is not lost. After all, Dulcis in fundo. The best always comes at the end. Because she knows how to wait.
