I meditate and sometimes my consciousness slips away and I cannot concentrate. Thoughts wander and most often they are anxious. Anxious thoughts come back again and again and turn into a “dragon” that eats your peace. But then I concentrate again on balance and inner silence. Here I depicted how we ourselves give birth to a dragon that eats us.
