This stunning view is from one of my favourite walks on the South Downs near Lewes, Sussex.
The steep path down from Kingston ridge leads you through the wild flowers and grasses where the butterflies dance on a warm Summer breeze.
In the distance stands Ashcombe windmill and the village of Kingston.
