A doorway in Gibraltar. I loved the patch of light, like custard, yellow and white, egg yolk on stone and plaster. I loved the shadow, the promise of Moorish mystery, hints of cool, mossy damp and dew.
This work is vivid, detailed, original and warming. A perfect gift. A great addition to any collection.

Texture has been added to create extra depth. The canvas is 0.5 inches deep and can therefore hang without a frame if wished.
