DOGUE (Collector’s Edition) (2026) Original Oil Painting by Anja Rudko

A collectible small-format version of my larger painting “DOGUE” — inspired by vintage fashion magazines, editorial glamour, and the strange elegance of turning a dog into a fashion icon.

This piece reimagines the atmosphere of a magazine cover in an intimate scale: playful, stylish, slightly ironic, yet painted with genuine affection for fashion imagery and character design.

The hand-painted deep red frame transforms the artwork into a bold decorative object, almost like a cinematic prop or a miniature cover preserved from another era.

I love the contrast between the aristocratic calmness of the borzoi and the exaggerated fashion styling — somewhere between high couture and visual joke.
