The artwork captures that delicate often fleeting moment of recognition and the anxiety of feeling "known" by someone we don't quite remember, evoking themes of identity, memory and human connection.

The gaze is both intimate and elusive as though she's on the verge of a revelation or trying to decypher something hidden but feeling so familiar..

She wears a soft yellow pastel tones pull over and striped pants thus adding some tension to the composition.
