“Distant Mountain” is a contemporary landscape oil painting with a fresh atmospheric feel and vibrant color palette. The sky radiates an orange pink blush as the light warms at the end of the day illumining a distant tree line, hills and mountain. The warm sun highlights the field of wheat in a rich glowing golden color.

Inspired by wide open spaces it captures the warming energy of the setting sun and the calming energy of nature.

Painted on a 1.5” gallery wrapped canvas with the edges painted white, it comes ready to hang and signed on the front.
