I love to produce seascapes and landscapes that are bursting with colour, and also provide a real sense of calm. This is a calm, sumptuous, comfort giving piece which is vibrant, intense and evocative. Emotion, transferred through creativity, into a visual form.
"Distant Dreams" is oozing warmth with red, magenta and purple hues, with a very gentle reflective sheen, from the Lascaux varnish. It is inspirational, and calm, so just clear your mind and let your eye follow the panoramic view across the canvas.
