Vestige is a large-scale abstract diptych — two panels of 150×50 cm each — painted in acrylic and lacquer on linen canvas. Pearl white, Prussian blue and ivory drift across both panels in slow horizontal layers — the way water leaves its trace on stone. Not the water itself, but what remains after it has gone.
The title says it all: vestige. A mark. A memory pressed into surface. The pale panel holds the ghost of the flood; the darker one carries its depth — Prussian blue pooling and breaking through white like something half-remembered.
Together the two panels form a single breath of stillness. Hung as a diptych or separately, Vestige brings a quality of quiet presence to any interior — not decoration, but atmosphere.
