“Parallel Convergence” is a large-scale abstract diptych consisting of two original acrylic paintings on canvas, each measuring 100 × 140 cm. The works are created on canvas and shipped rolled, allowing for professional stretching according to the collector’s preference.

This diptych was created as a dialogue between two independent yet deeply connected compositions. I worked with layered acrylic paint, allowing bold vertical and horizontal structures to intersect, overlap, and dissolve into one another. Each canvas carries its own rhythm, while together they form a powerful visual balance — a meeting point between structure and movement.

The palette is built around refined shades of soft blue, muted teal, warm beige, ivory, deep brown, and charcoal accents. These colours are applied through textured layers, palette-knife strokes, scraping, and controlled drips, creating depth and tactile presence. The surface reveals traces of the process — intentional marks that give the work authenticity and energy.
