This original gabbro sculpture is one of the available pieces of the Bulgarian contemporary sculptor Ognyan Chitakov. In creating this sculpture, he challenges himself to encapsulate complex emotions and thoughts within the rigid confines of a stone cube. Each carved face invites viewers to contemplate the interplay of light and shadow, symbolizing life's inherent contrasts and depths. The whole inside of the large cube is taken away, leaving an empty space inside. The core of the stone is left inside of the cube and can be seen from all angles of the cube. This piece, balancing boldly on a sleek metal stand, instills a sense of dynamic tension and will infuse any space with a thought-provoking ambiance.
