I created this abstract seascape painting as a moment of light emerging through contrast — where color, texture, and movement meet in a single dynamic composition.

Working with acrylic on linen canvas, I built the surface through layered applications using palette knife and expressive brushwork. Cool blue and grey tones open the upper space, creating depth and atmosphere, while soft white textures introduce light and energy.

On one side, rich purple tones add intensity and contrast, giving the composition emotional depth. Across the surface, subtle gold accents catch the light, creating a delicate glow that shifts depending on the viewing angle.
