Last work of the big blue series, painting explores the colours and moods of the meadow, this time incorporating a detailed foreground in order to increase depth of the picture. The challenge was that whilst maintaining bright highly intense colour the intention was to create a feeling of slight melancholy, this was achieved by the subject matter i.e. the pronounced shape of the trees. This is a very bright and dominant painting ideally suited as a centre piece against a plain wall maybe? I have included in room shots to demonstrate this.

Edges of canvas painted so can be hung without frame if so desired and each painting will be signed and certificated individually.

Please note photographs are taken in dull daylight using a canon 450D in 'flash off' mode with no editing. These are the most honest pictures I can take but due to monitor differences that you view with there maybe slight changes.

Painting is on highest quality cotton canvas only using high grade Oil Paint.
